Pink Playhouse Lawsuit Dismissed

Columbia County, GA- 

The pink playhouse lawsuit has been dropped against a Columbia County homeowner.

Mills Haven resident Becky Rogers-Peck built the pink playhouse for her four year old granddaughter last Christmas. Earlier this year, the subdivision's homeowners association (HOA) filed a lawsuit against Rogers-Peck, saying the pink color wasn't approved and they wanted it repainted. 

Now, it looks like the playhouse will be staying pink.
